The junior season for one of the nation's top wide receiver prospects could not have gotten off to a better start in Texas on Friday night. Five-star junior
Dakorien Moore of No. 8
Duncanville had seven receptions for 281 yards and three touchdowns in a 34-13 win over 2022 Class 5A Division II state champion South Oak Cliff (Dallas).

The juniors connected on touchdown strikes of 71, 79 and 90 yards. See all three in the video. Once Moore had the ball, he turned on the jets and outran the defense into the end zone.
Moore had 1,130 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns during his freshman and sophomore seasons. He also is prolific on the track, where he has run a 10.63 100 meter and won the state championship in the 4x200 relay.
247Sports has Moore ranked as the No. 5 player in the class of 2025 and the No. 2 wide receiver. He committed to LSU this month over Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State and Texas.
