Basketball Recap: Christian Fenger Academy Has No Trouble Against Shiloh

While Christian Fenger Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victor by a 61-35 margin over the Shiloh Generals on Saturday. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 26 points or more this season.

Several Generals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zylan Harris, who posted seven points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was Nicholas Johnson, who earned seven points.

Christian Fenger Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.3 points. As for Shiloh, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Christian Fenger Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-39 defeat against Rantoul on the 26th. As for Shiloh, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 45-37 win against Morrow on the 27th.
