Lakeview added to the longest winning streak in C1 District 5 this week by beating David City, 37-13. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Vikings.

David City's dynamic duo of Ben Danielson and Martin Phillips proved tough for Kurt Frenzen's team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Danielson threw for 38 yards and Phillips had 42 yards receiving.
Mitch Sander was a key player and the best on defense this week as Anthony Ferg's team lost to the Vikings. He.
Trent Wagner was a passing and rushing force as Madison topped O'Neill.
Wagner was a force in the backfield as the Dragons topped the Eagles.
Lakeview's Jack Shadley and Mark Jarecki led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Shadley has thrown for 531 yards this season, while Jarecki has 10 catches for 176 yards. Wagner from Madison leads the league in rushing with 407 yards.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will go head-to-head with its top pass rusher when the Vikings and Travis Jordan's team face off next week.
At the moment, the Dragons are in third, while Lakeview is in second.
Madison made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,009 from 8,810. The improvement was the result of a 21-12 victory over O'Neill last week.
