The Chelsea Academy Knights were the 62-48 winner over the Immanuel Christian Warriors when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Chelsea Academy lost to the Warriors at home by a decisive 62-46 margin on Friday. Chelsea Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Immanuel Christian was led to victory by Josh Choat and Cameron Blanding. Choat scored 12 points, while Blanding scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gus Jackson, who scored eight points.
Chelsea Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Immanuel Christian, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chelsea Academy will take on the Saints at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Immanuel Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against the Tempest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity at Meadow View is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
