On Monday, Meadow Bridge came up short against Craig County and fell 42-33.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lilly Hayes, who scored 7 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaitlyn Cooper, who scored 6 points.
Meadow Bridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Craig County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Meadow Bridge will take on Hundred at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Craig County, they will head out on the road to face off against Roanoke Valley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
