After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westwood Baptist Academy, the Liberty Christian Academy Eagles were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They really took it to North County Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-29 victory on the road. With that victory, Liberty Christian Academy brought their scoring average up to 50.8 points per game.
Liberty Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jack Duvel led the charge by scoring 21 points along with seven assists and two steals. Another player making a difference was Tommy Meyer, who scored 16 points along with three blocks.
Liberty Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for North County Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.
Liberty Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North County Christian will head out on the road to square off against the at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
