 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Gavin Bair, who  fired off two  home runs and five  RBI while going 3-for-3. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Gage Tarwater, who  got on base  in two of his four plate appearances with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 Mesa didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  5-1  defeat against Tolleson on the 28th. As for Highland, they have also already played their next contest,  a  1-0  loss against Mountain View on the 30th.
