Red Jacket's Kory Fogarty recorded the longest rushing play in Section 5 Finger Lakes - West this season in his game against Cuba-Rushford last week. Fogarty scampered for 70 yards on the play and finished with 336 on the day as his team bested the Rebels.
Red Jacket scaled the state rankings by moving to 127 from 228 this week, the biggest jump in the league. Marc Vitticore's team climbed the ranks as a result of topping Cuba-Rushford 51-21.
Mynderse Academy's dynamic duo of Liam Caraher and Ben Cafolla proved to be unstoppable against Haverling, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Caraher threw for 29 yards and Cafolla had 28 yards receiving.
Fogarty was a beast in the backfield as the Indians bested Scott Card's team.
Fogarty provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Red Jacket beat the Rebels.
Red Jacket's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lee Perry has thrown for 514 yards and 6 touchdowns this season, while Sean Sheets has 6 catches for 189 yards.
Dundee added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Finney/Northstar Christian Academy, 49-9. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Scotsmen.
