The Cheylin Cougars won the last time they faced the Wichita County Indians, and things went their way on Friday too. Cheylin walked away with a 52-44 victory over Wichita County. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cheylin.
Logan McCarty was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 29 points along with 8 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Pablo Bermudez, who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
Cheylin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Wichita County, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Cheylin will take on Weskan at TBD on Saturday. Weskan has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 230 points over their last three games. Wichita County is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Syracuse at 6:30 p.m. on December 12th.
