 Shyanne Ross was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in 13 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  Aleigha Newby was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. That  triple marked the first that  she has  hit this season. Another player making a difference was  Owyn McCoy, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 Harrison County  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters  in six consecutive  games.
