After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hollidaysburg, the Bellefonte Raiders were happy to have found some success on Friday. They strolled past Bedford with points to spare, taking the game 48-33.
Despite the loss, Bedford still got an impressive performance from Quincy Swaim, who scored 13 points along with two blocks.
Bellefonte's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Bedford, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.
Bellefonte will head out on the road to take on the Bison at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bedford, they will be playing at home against the Huskies at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop Carroll presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Bisons in Pennsylvania (the Huskies are ranked 213th, while the Bisons are ranked 565th).
