St. Johns is a perfect 3-0 against Winslow since October of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Redskins will look to defend their home pitch against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (St. Johns has three straight wins, Winslow has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Last Tuesday, St. Johns got the win against Holbrook by a conclusive 7-1. St. Johns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Holbrook from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Alan Tryon led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Winslow fell victim to Snowflake and their airtight defense on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Lobos. While losing is never fun, Winslow can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona soccer rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while Snowflake are ranked ninth).

Winslow's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for St. Johns, their victory bumped their record up to 12-4.

Everything went St. Johns' way against Winslow in their previous meeting back in September, as St. Johns made off with an 8-0 win. Do the Redskins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
