The Seekonk Warriors lost against the Case Cardinals back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Seekonk fell just short of Case by a score of 50-48. Seekonk has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
When it comes to explaining why Seekonk lost, one person who can't be blamed is Noah Beausoleil. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Travis Pereira, who scored three points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Seekonk has not been sharp recently as the team's lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Case, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seekonk will take on Fairhaven at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Fairhaven is on a four-game streak of home losses, Seekonk a five-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. As for Case, they will head out on the road to face off against West Bridgewater at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Case is facing West Bridgewater at the right time seeing as West Bridgewater is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
