North Fort Myers waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They skirted past the Island Coast Gators 61-59. That's more bragging rights for the Red Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Island Coast's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mathias Harmon, who posted 16 points. Izaiah Bacchus was another key player, putting up 14 points.

North Fort Myers has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Island Coast, they moved to 7-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

North Fort Myers will venture away from home to take on Cape Coral at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Island Coast, they will host Bonita Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
