Mesa's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Daijon Grayson, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brig Bowden, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.
Brophy College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Mesa, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-8.
As of now, neither Brophy College Prep nor Mesa have any future games scheduled.
