Jovon Leavy produced his most outstanding game to date while leading South Pike to the win on Tuesday. Leavy was dialed in and almost dropped a double-double on 27 points and nine rebounds. He played a big game the last time he faced Wesson, so the team probably should've seen him coming. That makes it three consecutive games in which Leavy has scored at least a third of South Pike's points.
South Pike and the Tigers will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. South Pike got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Tigers, probably because Leavy had a solid game then too: he scored 21 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
