Meanwhile, Capitol took their matchup against Glen Oaks by a conclusive 42-14 score. Capitol was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Capitol's win lifted them to 2-0 while McKinley's defeat dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Capitol's success rolls on or if McKinley are able to steal their positive momentum.
