Desert Mirage lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Public Safety Academy, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's matchup. The RAMS were the clear victors by a 44-22 margin over the Phoenix on Thursday. The RAMS not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since December 17, 2024 (when they won 67-10).

Desert Mirage got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Frank De La Rosa out in front who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 rebounds. Ian Rubio was another key player, putting up 13 points and five assists.

Desert Mirage has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Desert Mirage will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on West Shores at 5:30 p.m. on December 2.
