The Lakeside School Chiefs won the last time they faced the Crenshaw Christian Academy Cougars, and things went their way on Thursday too. Lakeside School simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Crenshaw Christian Academy 52-11 on the road. That 52-11 margin sets a new team best for Lakeside School this season.
It was another big night for Chloe Helms, who scored 25 points. The matchup was her 15th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophie Seaborn, who scored nine points.
Lakeside School's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Crenshaw Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Lakeside School will be playing in front of their home fans against Abbeville Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crenshaw Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Autauga Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th.
