Basketball Recap: Kaden Moore Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Limon

Denver Christian won the last time they faced Limon and things went their way on Saturday too. The Denver Christian Thunder secured a 53-49 W over the Limon Badgers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Denver Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaden Moore, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 boards. The dominant performance also gave Moore a new career-high in steals (six). Ryan Wind was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds.

Several Badgers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Camdyn Tacha, who posted six points and three steals. Tacha is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Drey Tacha, who had 16 points.

Denver Christian pushed their record up to 7-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Limon, they moved to 4-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Denver Christian has already played their next match, an 83-45 loss against Kent Denver on the 23rd. As for Limon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 60-49 defeat against McClave on the 23rd.
