Kaycee have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Lingle-Fort Laramie at 2:00 PM. It should be a fierce showdown as Lingle-Fort Laramie are ranked 8th in the MaxPreps state rankings and Kaycee are ranked 9th.
Kaycee were gifted an easy victory two weeks ago as Midwest wound up forfeiting 0-2.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their game two weeks ago against HEM, Lingle-Fort Laramie were happy to find some success last Friday. Lingle-Fort Laramie steamrollered Midwest 64-13. Lingle-Fort Laramie were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped Kaycee to 3-2 and Lingle-Fort Laramie to 2-2. Two forfeits in a row aren't very likely, so Kaycee better be ready for a battle.
