Bedford had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They fell to Burlington 33-43. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Bedford off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Burlington a 1-0 record.
Bedford will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Wilmington. As for Burlington, they will face off against Woburn Memorial.
