Tom Bean won the last time they faced Wolfe City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tom Bean Tomcats took their match with ease, bagging a 63-26 victory over the Wolfe City Wolves. The Tomcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Tom Bean to victory were Chase Stratton and Maguire Poole. Stratton posted nine points and eight steals, while Poole earned nine points and six steals. Those eight steals gave Stratton a new career-high. Treyshaun West was another key player, putting up seven points and five steals.

Tom Bean was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wolfe City only posted three assists.

Despite the defeat, Wolfe City saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Noah Adams scored ten points in addition to eight boards and four blocks. Adams has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 21 times he's played.

Tom Bean's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Wolfe City, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 18 of their last 19 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-23 record this season.

Tom Bean didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-39 loss against Whitewright on the 7th. As for Wolfe City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 63-51 defeat against Bland on the 7th.
