Udall is 0-6 against Goessel since February of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday.  Despite their  loss, Udall saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays.  Kayl Knapp, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and nine  rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Knapp hasn't dropped below two  steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lilly Hoffman, who  scored 14 points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals.
 Even though they lost, Udall  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 15  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile,  Goessel unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell to Central Christian Academy  49-43.
 Udall's record now sits at 8-12. Goessel's record is now 13-6.
 Udall was dealt a bruising  52-22 defeat at the hands of Goessel in their previous matchup  back in February of 2023. That  contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Udall was down  34-14.
