The Wilson Lakemen stacked a sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They really took it to Royalton-Hartland for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-28 win at home. The win was just what Wilson needed coming off of a 55-31 loss in their prior matchup.
Wilson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Peyton McInnis led the charge by scoring 17 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Rian Faery, who scored six points along with 11 rebounds and eight assists.
Wilson's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Royalton-Hartland, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Wilson will head out on the road to take on Akron at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Akron comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Royalton-Hartland, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Medina at 6:30 p.m.
