Timpview came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Cedar Valley, but Kahana Franco wouldn't allow it. Cedar Valley came out on top against Timpview by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Franco, who had 19 digs and two assists. Those 19 digs gave him a new career-high.

Cedar Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-21, 25-16, 27-25.

Cedar Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. Timpview's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Cedar Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Salem Hills on the 20th. As for Timpview, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Maple Mountain on the 20th.
