Warwick is 9-1 against Hampton since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Raiders will head out to square off against the Crabbers at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Warwick has six straight wins, Hampton has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Warwick is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Woodside on Wednesday as they made off with a 19-9 victory. Considering the Raiders have won five matchups by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Nataleigh Gabriel made a big impact no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Gabriel was also big at the plate, getting on base in five of her six plate appearances with five runs, three RBI, and one triple. She has been hot recently, having also posted three or more hits the last four times she's played.
In other batting news, Warwick got a big performance out of Aaliyah Williams, who got on base in three of her six plate appearances with three RBI and two runs. Those two runs gave Williams a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaylynn Parish, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
Warwick always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Hampton fell victim to Norcom and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 1-0.
Warwick's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-8. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Hampton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
Warwick took their win against Hampton in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 16-1 score. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Crabbers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
