Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Mahayla Brown stepped things up a notch to give Manchester the 'W'. Brown scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, Brown and Manchester will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as Manchester takes on Northwest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Manchester hasn't beaten Northwest recently, having gone 0-4 since April of 2015.
