The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Donlaray Reese jr, who scored seven points. Another player making a difference was Hayden Lepley, who scored eight points.
Fort Wayne Northrop struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only an offensive rebound. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, even though Fort Wayne North Side scored an imposing 60 points on Tuesday, Carroll still came out on top. Carroll managed a 66-60 win over Fort Wayne North Side. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Carroll.
Fort Wayne Northrop's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Carroll, their victory bumped their record up to 8-11.
Fort Wayne Northrop was dealt a bruising 84-57 defeat at the hands of Carroll when the teams last played back in February of 2023. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Fort Wayne Northrop was down 50-29.
