The St. Martinville Tigers will venture away from home to  face off against the Berchmans Academy Saints  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
Last Tuesday, St. Martinville beat Episcopal of Acadiana 9-4.
  Kamryn Leblanc was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4. What's more,  he posted three  RBI, the most he's  had since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ashlon Smith, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases.
 Meanwhile, Berchmans Academy earned  an  11-6 victory over West St. Mary  on Wednesday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Saints.
 St. Martinville's record now sits at 11-17. As for Berchmans Academy, their record is now 7-15.
 St. Martinville was able to grind out a solid  win over Berchmans Academy in their previous meeting  back in February, winning  10-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
