Keystone came tearing into Monday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Columbia Raiders an 11-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.

Keystone's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for Columbia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Keystone will venture away from home to take on Wellington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Columbia, they will challenge Berea-Midpark at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
