After having lost a blowout in their matchup last week, Monument Mountain/Mt. Everett were happy to find some success on Friday. They walked away with a 20-12 win over Drury. The victory was some much needed relief for Monument Mountain/Mt. Everett as it spelled the end of their five-game losing streak.
The win bumped Monument Mountain/Mt. Everett's record up to 2-5. Drury are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Next week Monument Mountain/Mt. Everett will take on Lee at 6:00 PM. Lee took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Monument Mountain/Mt. Everett's good fortune. As for Drury, they will face off against Ludlow. Drury will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
