The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Park Crossing in their matchups with Russell County: they've now lost three in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Park Crossing lost, one person who can't be blamed is Solomon Beebe. Despite the final result, he rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries. Beebe was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 65 yards.
Park Crossing's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Russell County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-7.

Central of Clay County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matchups -- so hopefully Russell County likes a good challenge.
