Tioga (Tioga Center, N.Y.) bested Sandy Creek (N.Y.) 54-13 on Saturday.
The Tigers were up 38-0 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter.
Tioga expanded its lead to 54 points entering the fourth quarter. THS scored four times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Spires.
The loss snapped the Comets' 10-game winning streak.
Mason O played well for Sandy Creek. The junior ran for one touchdown.
SC came in allowing just 10.9 points per game this season. The Tioga Center school came into the game allowing 9.7 points per game.
The loss comes after Sandy Creek defeated Westmoreland 26-21 last week.
