Mount Pleasant's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3. As for Concord, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
Everything came up roses for Mount Pleasant against Concord in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 as the team secured a 62-21 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mount Pleasant since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
