Concordia has gone 9-1 against Santa Fe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Fighting Orioles will be playing at home against the Chiefs at 4:00 p.m. Concordia will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Santa Fe's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Tuesday: Concordia hadn't allowed a single run the last four times they've hit the field. The Fighting Orioles' pitcher stepped up to hand St. Paul Lutheran a 15-0 shutout on Monday. Considering the Fighting Orioles have won 16 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Olivia Hemme made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

In other batting news, Ava Mueller was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Emily Wilkens was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Santa Fe sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over Archie on Monday.

Santa Fe has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.6 runs over those games. As for Concordia, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-4.

Concordia took their win against Santa Fe when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 19-0 score. Will the Fighting Orioles repeat their success, or do the Chiefs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
