Volleyball Recap: Florida School for the Deaf & Blind's Losing Streak Snapped at 13 Games

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind can bid farewell to their 13-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers. For the Dragons, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Deaf Hoosiers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Florida School for the Deaf & Blind won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19.

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind's win bumped their record up to 2-13. As for Indiana School for the Deaf, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-11.

Coming up, Florida School for the Deaf & Blind will host Warner Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Indiana School for the Deaf, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Model Secondary School for the Deaf on the 4th.
