Max Grundberg gave up the fewest hits he has since back in May of 2024 on Wednesday. He pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
