Connor Stafford turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Monday. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He is becoming a predictor of Hobart's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 4-1 (and 7-8 when he doesn't).

Stafford's effort led Hobart over Highland and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
