The Northwest Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their tenth straight defeat. They were the victim of a rough 57-37 defeat at the hands of To'hajiilee. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Northwest in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.
Leading To'hajiilee to victory were JayTee Nelson and Jamen Werito. Nelson scored ten points, while Werito scored 12 points. Jacob Belone was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Northwest dropped their record down to 1-14 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for To'hajiilee, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.
Northwest will head out on the road to square off against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for To'hajiilee, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Dine Warriors at 6:30 p.m. Tse' Yi' Gai is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
