Baseball Recap: Lincoln Wins Going Away Against Osceola

The matchup between Lincoln and Osceola on Friday hardly resembled the 2-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Cardinals put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 14-7 win. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Lincoln back to even at 13-13. As for Osceola, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-10.

Coming up, Lincoln will face off against Tipton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Tipton will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight. Osceola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
