The Burley Bobcats will venture away from home to  take on the Preston Indians  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Burley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.1  points per game  this season.
Last Wednesday, Burley had just enough and edged Twin Falls out  46-44. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Bobcats.

Burley found their leader in freshman  Adalynn Olmos, who  went 5 of 12  on her way to 15  points and eight  rebounds. The  contest was  Olmos' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ruby Taylor, who  posted eight points and five  rebounds.
 Burley  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 13  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive boards in 11 consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile, Preston didn't have quite enough to beat Bonneville on Wednesday and fell  50-47.
 Burley's win was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 10-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Preston, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
 Burley barely slipped by Preston when the teams last played  back in November of 2024, winning  51-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for Burley since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
