The Ogden Bulldogs lost to the Perry Bluejays back in December of 2022, but the Ogden Bulldogs didn't allow the Perry Bluejays the same satisfaction on Thursday. Ogden came out on top against Perry by a score of 62-50. The win made it back-to-back wins for Ogden.
Several Bluejays players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Geren Kenney, who scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. Kenney scored a full 36% of Perry's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Drake Levan was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 assists.
Ogden's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Perry, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ogden will play host again and welcome West Central Valley, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Perry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Nevada at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
