The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Evansville Harrison has scored all season.
Evansville Memorial's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sophie Johnson, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Avery Kelley, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Evansville Harrison has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season. As for Evansville Memorial, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-3.
Evansville Harrison will be playing in front of their home fans against Jasper at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Jasper is looking to tack on another W to their seven-game streak on the road. As for Evansville Memorial, they will take on Evansville Reitz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
