Jorge Luna Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Thursday, United got the W thanks in part to Jorge Luna playing the best football he has all season. Luna threw for 320 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

The victory got Alexander back to even at 4-4. They and Laredo LBJ will meet in a canine-themed contest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Medina Valley had to settle for second even though Xavier Gonzalez put up the best numbers he has all season. Gonzalez rushed for 47 yards and two touchdowns.
Medina Valley moved to 4-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Gonzalez's next match is against United South on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.
