With a playoff win on the line, Eastern rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Williamstown Braves a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Vikings have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Eastern has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Williamstown, their loss dropped their record down to 9-16.

As of now, neither Eastern nor the Braves have any future games scheduled.
