Bellevue pushed their record up to 9-1 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.7 points per game. As for Mendon, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.
Bellevue came out on top in a nail-biter against Mendon in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, sneaking past 54-52. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Mendon's Quincy Blair, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds.
