Izzy Tart put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March of 2024 on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Tart and Clayton will square off against South Garner at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Comets are a perfect 7-0 against the Titans going back to April of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
