Olympus is 8-2 against Skyline since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Titans will face off against the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. Olympus will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
Olympus had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 20-run drubbing they dealt Woods Cross on Wednesday. The Titans were the clear victors by a 23-3 margin over the Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won ten matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Charlie Turner tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 14 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Jaedin Mugleston and Eliza Johnson did most of the damage at the plate: Mugleston went a perfect 5-for-5 with one home run, five runs, and four RBI, while Johnson went 3-for-4 with five runs, two stolen bases, and five RBI. Those five hits gave Mugleston a new career-high. Adi Comer also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
Olympus kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Skyline's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost 12-6 to East. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since March 15th.
Bella Waters made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Mia Robinson was another key player, getting on base in two of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
Olympus' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.
Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Olympus hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .342. However, it's not like Skyline struggles in that department as they've averaged .364. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Olympus took their victory against Skyline when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
