They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Union Star Trojans 70-20. While Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Union Star, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] and South Holt will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Union Star, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rock Port at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
